Are you insured?
Yes! Touch Wood Trees Pty Ltd are fully insured with $20,000,000 public liability. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to view our insurance certificate.
Do I have to apply for council permission to prune or remove trees form my property?
Depending on the location of the trees in relation to structures on your property will determine whether you will require council permission. It is important to follow the law in regards to tree lopping and tree removal and we ensure we are always kept up to date on the restrictions council places on performing tree work. We are happy to come and have a chat with you about your job and will advise you as to whether you will need to seek council permission – Obligation Free!!
The tree is close to my home. How will you remove it without damaging my property?
The team at Touch Wood Trees Pty Ltd specializes in dangerous tree removals. It is what we do every day! Joel Leaney is a certified arborist and the owner of Touch Wood Trees Pty Ltd, regularly gets contracted to other tree loppers around Australia to bring big dangerous trees down as he has a reputation for doing it safely and quickly, ensuring your property receives no damage. We use a system of ropes to lower big branches away from property and our ground crew are especially skilled when it comes to working in these dangerous situations.
What happens if the job takes longer than you originally quoted?
We will take full responsibility for any costs incurred as a result of a job taking longer than we had originally predicted when we provided you with our quote. There will be no additional costs charged to you, our customer.
Will you take the tree debris away?
Yes, we will remove all tree debris from your property by putting it through our wood chipper which feeds into our truck. If you would like to keep the mulch to be used in your garden, you are welcome to do so and we will chip the tree branches and leave it in a pile for you to spread at your convenience.
